About QR Code Generator Tools

This is a browser-based toolkit for turning a known value into a QR image and checking that it works for the intended recipient. The accompanying guides focus on the parts an image generator cannot do for you: choosing a public destination, maintaining a printed link, and testing the final placement.

Scope and limits

The tools cover links, Wi-Fi, basic contacts, messages, calendar payloads, bulk image exports, and printable cards. QR generation and image scanning take place on the device. There is no account, cloud backup, file hosting, or editable redirect service.

Downloads and saved projects do store content in this browser. Hosted business-card and multi-link pages put their content in public URLs. Those differences matter when deciding what to share; the privacy page explains them.

How the toolkit is built

The site uses Next.js and React. QR images are rendered with qr-code-styling; camera and uploaded-image scanning use html5-qrcode; ZIP downloads use JSZip. The publishing walkthroughs describe this implementation rather than claiming that every scanner or printer behaves the same way.

Content and corrections

The guides were developed with AI assistance from the application’s behavior and linked technical references. Worked examples are illustrative, not customer case studies. We do not claim independent device certification, invented author credentials, or physical testing that has not been performed.

Read the testing and editorial scope for the distinction between automated checks and the print/device tests you should perform. Use the contact page to report an incorrect instruction or a reproducible tool issue.
