How bulk QR generation works

Each non-empty line becomes one static QR code. The ZIP also includes a source-values.txt file so you can match the generated files with the original values.

Match each image to its original value

  1. Use one complete URL or text value per line. Blank lines are ignored, and a batch cannot exceed 100 values.
  2. The ZIP numbers the images in input order and includes source-values.txt. Keep that file with the batch so a designer can match an image to its destination.
  3. Inspect samples across the batch, particularly long values and different payload types. A successful ZIP download does not verify destination access.

Values are encoded as entered; the bulk tool does not infer a Wi-Fi network or contact from free text. Build any structured payload deliberately. If one very long value prevents generation, shorten it or split the job and try again. Each exported payload is also added to local history, whose 100-record limit applies across all tools.
