Publish the document before making its QR

1. Host your PDF or menu on a site or file service you control. Copy the public viewing link, not an editing URL.
2. Open that link while signed out and check it on a small screen. Fix access permissions and readability before generating the image.
3. Paste the link above, download the PNG, and scan that file. Test a physical sample in its table holder or final layout.

If you replace the document later, check whether its public address changes. A printed static code still points to the original address. This tool does not upload a PDF, configure its sharing settings, or keep an old link alive for you.
