Print-ready QR templates
Prepare a fixed-size card, sticker, poster, or folded table card. The PDF contains the same artwork as the preview, including a readable fallback for people who cannot scan.
Fallback text is printed separately; it does not change the QR payload. Keep it consistent with the action or destination. A sticker uses fallback text in place of subtext when both are supplied.
Print at the intended size
- Download the PDF and choose Actual size or 100% in the print dialog. Disable fit-to-page scaling.
- Use paper large enough for the selected page. These are individual page designs with white margins; no full-bleed or cut-sheet imposition is included.
- For the table card, fold the A4 sheet on the dotted center line and place it in a holder. The upper panel is intentionally upside down before folding.
- Measure one sample and scan it under the expected lighting before printing a batch.
The PDF embeds 300 ppi raster artwork for consistent font rendering, including browser-supported characters. The QR uses a plain dark-on-white design. Printer settings and materials still affect the result.
